start at age 16, he has worked with over thirty (30)
different auction companies across eight (8) states and
specializes in selling agriculture, livestock, business
liquidation, personal property and real estate.
Byron is a 1999 graduate of the World Wide College of
Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa, received his Personal
Property Appraiser's certificate From Continental Auction
School in 2008, and now certified as a Bi-lingual Auctioneer
from World Wide in 2009.
Byron is a member of Kansas and Nebraska Auctioneers
Association as well as the National Auctioneers Association.
Winning the Kansas State Auctioneer Championship in
2008-09, he has consistently been a recognized national and
regional award recipient in competitive bid-calling.

Ciri grew up in rural Lyon County Kansas, near Emporia.
After “exploring” life in other states for several years, she
finally returned home to Kansas and now resides on a farm
near White City. Along with her wonderful husband
Rodney, they raise meat goats, turkeys, large gardens and
Brome grass for haying.
There really is “no place like home” for Ciri.
Ciri has had a passion for real estate since buying her first
